Between the meats is one of my favorites and absolutely one of the best
the chicken meat . I would like to briefly focus only on the beneficial
characteristics of a good and recognized source of chicken meat .
Source of high Quality protein
Digestibility of its protein very hight and a
low allergenicy
Water-soluble vitamins and mineral content high
Fat content low and for most mono and
polyunsaturated
Content of omega 3 and 6 high and among the
highest among all the meat in comparison ( if you do not eat fish you can
assess its consumption )
Fits a power supply for children and elderly and
therefore understandable that it is fitting the athlete nutrition
Few adverse cardiovascular effects both for the
low fat content and the little EmeIron compared to red meat . For anemic people
might be okay , but not completely substitute of red meat
